Common questions

How do I get help with an app?

Email support@foureyes.xyz with the app's name and a quick description of what's happening. A screenshot or your device and iOS version helps me track things down quickly.

How quickly will I hear back?

It's just me building these apps, but I usually reply within a day or two.

How do I delete my data?

Most Four Eyes apps store everything on your device, so deleting the app removes its data. Many apps also offer a reset or delete option in their settings. See the Privacy Policy for per-app details.

How do refunds work?

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email me too and I'll do what I can to help.

Solunar: Fishing & Hunting

Time the bite and plan the hunt from the position of the sun and moon—computed entirely on your device.

Does Solunar need an internet connection?

No. Every sun and moon time is computed on your device from astronomical math. Solunar works in airplane mode, deep in the backcountry, and miles offshore—no signal required.

What are major and minor periods?

Major periods are the windows around the moon's overhead and underfoot transits—usually the strongest feeding activity. Minor periods occur around moonrise and moonset. Solunar shows both for any date and location.

Do I have to share my location?

No. Location access is optional and used only on your device to compute local times. You can add any spot manually under the Spots tab. Your location is never transmitted off your device.

Is there a subscription?

No. Solunar is a one-time purchase with no ads, no accounts, and no subscriptions.

How accurate are the times?

Sun and moon times are computed with standard astronomical algorithms (Meeus) and validated to within about a minute against the U.S. Naval Observatory across a wide range of latitudes.

How do I get bite reminders?

Open Settings inside Solunar and turn on "Alert before major periods." Reminders are scheduled locally on your device a few minutes ahead of each major window.

Curious how your data is handled? Every app stores your information on your device or your personal cloud—never on my servers. Read the full Privacy Policy.
